Large Parties & Events at Cosmic

Cosmic is a walk in, first come first served space. We do not take reservations. For all groups of 50+, fill out our online form with your event information and we’d be happy to send over buyout options. 

We are happy to be considered for your big day! All wedding inquiries go through our event manager, who can check dates and venue buyout information.

Cosmic is a TABC licensed venue, therefore all beverages must be ordered/purchased through Cosmic. 

Cosmic Saltillo: We have an in-house culinary program, so we do not allow any outside food. You can find our food menus listed on our website! The only exception to this will be outside cakes. Please talk to our event manager about custom options for catering.

Cosmic Pickle: We currently have (3) permanent food trucks on-site – Leroy & Lewis BBQ, Tommy Want Wingy and Pueblo Viejo. We do not allow outside food or catering. Feel free to reach out to the trucks for catering options for your group! 

Any additional event decorations—including flowers, candles, banners, etc.—need to be communicated and approved by your event manager prior to the day of your party. Additional charges may apply, depending on size and quantity. Confetti, glitter and any other item that could stain or damage Cosmic Saltillo property are not allowed on premises. To protect the safety and security of all guests on property, we require advance written approval before using items that create noise, noxious odors or hazardous effects. Cosmic reserves the right to bill or ask guests to not use items on-site if they were not approved in advance.

Cosmic Saltillo – There is street parking available in the neighborhood and we validate up to 2 hours at the 4 parking garages in the Saltillo development. 

Cosmic Pickle – We share the parking lot with Crux and have plenty of open parking spots. All parking is first come, first served. 

Cosmic is rain or shine! We have an extensive outdoor area for large groups and very limited indoor space, dedicated for the main bar area. The indoor bar is services the entire property, so we do not reserve the indoor space unless it’s a full buyout. We have a flexible cancellation policy, up to (24) hours before the event to reschedule or cancel. 

All guests are encouraged to order drinks from our main bar to ensure efficiency and quality of service, either on their separate tabs or master/hosted tab.
